Event Overview

The 57th Biennial League of Women Voters National Convention takes place June 25-28, 2026! 

Attendees joined us in Columbus, Ohio, and virtually, for this powerful multi-day event where League members from across the country came together to network, learn, and chart the course for the next biennium.

National Convention is a League experience unlike any other, as delegates representing state and local Leagues vote on the LWVUS Board of Directors, Nominating Committee, bylaws amendments, budget, and League priorities. In addition to plenary sessions, Convention also includes dynamic presentations, practical trainings, and inspiring content that support our mission of empowering voters and defending democracy.

In-person attendees will had full access to plenary sessions, trainings, and networking opportunities. Virtual attendees fully participated in live-streamed plenary sessions from anywhere.

Delegates helped shape the future of our League and connect with fellow changemakers.

Event Venue

Convention will be located at the Hilton Columbus Downtown. The Hilton is a short walk from over 150 dining & entertainment venues located in the Short North Arts District, nearby Nationwide Arena and North Market. The Hilton has a display of artists' work, which across their two towers is comprised of nearly 400 original pieces by Central Ohio artists. Hilton Columbus Downtown also offers an indoor pool, two fitness centers and several on-property dining options. Please note, rooms at the Hilton Columbus Downtown are available on a first come, first serve basis.
